Abstract

The article proposes to recover the experience of the students who participated in the discussions to think historically about democracy. The objective is to capture the reflections and feelings that arose before, during and after the meeting spaces. Although the reconstruction implies the weaving of different subjectivities, it is not a work that compiles individual experiences, but a collective elaboration that problematizes, from the generational mark that is expressed in the definition "grandchildren of 1983", "children of 2001", the challenges of the 40 years of democracy and the relationships between past, present and future.
